I had a conversation with the waitresses before we left and discovered that if you ask for a creamy pesto with chicken they will make it. Not in the menu but it looked awesome! I had the chicken Parmesan but I substituted the marinara for vodka sauce and it was great! Hidden gems like this make travel worth it for me! ”

“ Hidden gem, coming from Mesa Verde National Park, very long drive trying to find something close, as it turns out it was right next I to our hotel in Montrose, Fairfield Inn. Small place, but probably some of the best Italian food I have ever eaten. Clean, amazing wait staff, superb wine list and many wonderful dishes. They really made it a great and relaxing night for me ”

I got the soup of the day (cream of zucchini), incredible!!! My husband got penne vodka and I got a linguine lemon dish chicken. Very delicious and service was excellent. Total our bill was about 50.
